Founded in 1986 as Max GmbH for the construction of municipal gas and wastewater pipes, plant construction became our core business area just a few years later. For the production of systems and tanks made of plastic with a focus on grease separator programs in various designs and sizes, we have long relied on several well-known system providers for our in-house product line.

In 2002, after many years of experience in the field of separation technology and with extensive expertise in plastics processing, we decided to introduce our own product brand. The Oekomax brand has enjoyed the trust of countless companies throughout Germany for over two decades. (since then we have been part of the grease separator manufacturer group).

Our products

Our special focus in manufacturing is the production of grease separators that take into account the special features of the application. A newly manufactured grease separator is almost always installed in the cellar. The challenge here is very often that our product can be brought to the place of use at all. The grease separators we manufacture are dimensioned in such a way that they fit in standard sizes precisely where space is particularly tight, namely in the cellar.

This is why we manufacture our grease traps to the maximum dimensions required by the DIN standard. It is particularly important to mention here that the nominal sizes 2 and 4, which are the most frequently installed, are manufactured in such a way that they also fit through a 70 cm wide cellar door. Our grease separator production pays attention to dimensional accuracy to ensure that the grease separator also fits at the end.

Where our products cannot be assembled in the end, our special production department will provide you with a customized grease separator. These individual constructions often have to be welded together on site. We can also perform this service for you.

Before a grease separator leaves our production facility, you can rest assured that it will not only be tested for leaks at the factory in Schenklengsfeld or at the production facility in Berlin, but that this test will also be part of the final installation at your site – if you also wish to commission our installation team with this service.

So whether you are an installer or specialist installation company for grease separators and will later install our product yourself, or whether you are simply a property owner or end customer (e.g. restaurant operator) in the application.
